Welcome to my corner of the Internet!
As I’m sure you guessed from the blog title, I am a Registered Dietitian in training. I graduated from UNC with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2015 and decided I never wanted to leave. I took a year off from school and worked at a wonderful nonprofit, interned at the farmers’ market, nannied, and applied to graduate school. In August, I’ll begin my second year in the MPH/RD program at UNC-Chapel Hill. In December 2018, I will graduate with my Master’s of Public Health in Nutrition and be eligible to sit for the Registered Dietitian exam.
When I’m not at school, I love to run, play with my dog (pictured above), and try new recipes. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be working toward becoming an RD and I hope you enjoy joining me for the ride!
